Welcome to Birthright. We are a non-profit, all-volunteer organization in Vancouver, Washington with locations throughout Southwest Washington and the Greater Portland Area. If you wonder whether you are pregnant or know you have an unplanned pregnancy, this kind of surprise can feel shocking and your emotions may be all over the place. Your mind is probably racing and you don’t know what to do. Then you wonder - will l be able to manage this? This is where Birthright fits in.

Everyone is equal in our eyes and welcome at Birthright including you. Women of all ages, with or without their partners, come to us with many questions about their unexpected pregnancy to think through some very big decisions. Birthright is a safe haven for women who are experiencing physical and emotional abuse and need much support working through their next steps
Get HelpWhen you walk through the front door you will be greeted with a warm smile. You’ll be taken to a soothing room where we can sit and talk. We will ask how we can help and what your concerns are. If a free pregnancy test is needed it will be done. Stay as long as you need to. You can speak your mind.
